A year ago, I had this vision about a website for call center agents where they could express their views openly. Initially, I thought that the answer was for a forum however, as I continued conceptualizing the concept, I realized that having a forum was somewhat limited and did not seem to satisfy the needs that I saw arising. Unfortunately, the old site was overrun by spammers and spam bots and had to be taken down. Further development ceased and, for quite some time, anyone who tried to access the site saw nothing but an error message.
Recently, I’ve started up the site again. I’m hoping that my visions and plans come to a realization as they are indeed big. I may not be able to get all my ideas out right away since I’m the only one working on these sites and have limited resources and time. Perhaps, along the way, someone volunteers to help. I know and trust that this can indeed be a the next big thing.
